The staff was excellent. Michael, Henry and Jason were absolutely awesome! Very friendly and very helpful with any request we had. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and our view was amazing! Loved it! Would recommend Villa El Parque to any of my family or friends. It may not be a five star, but we had an amazing time there!

Fantastic large bedroom with open fronted kitchen room/balcony out the front. Lockable store room off the bedroom - great for securing lots of items. Lovely large bathroom with good shower and ample hot water. Great swimming pool and loungers. Lovely restaurant with the best view. Close to bus stops, supermarket, and ATM
Cannot find any fault.

This hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to everything. The views are incredible. The room was clean and well equipped. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Not only was this the best of the 3 hotels we stayed in while in Costa Rica, it is one of the best we have encountered anywhere.

We had a great view from our room, but only after the staff begrudgingly upgraded us because our door knob didn't work, but the view was definitely the best part and the kitchenette!
The rooms were very difficult to get into...multiple keys and sometimes it took up to five minutes to make them work properly. The staff was also less than accommodating compared to the rest of our hotel experiences.

Great for adventurous travelers! We appreciated the proximity to outdoor activities and natural experiences. the hotel was close to a national park and the beach, which allowed for a variety of exploration options. the price was affordable for a weekend getaway. We had access to a pool.
This place needs attention! the facilities are old and very outdated.

They were very kind to let us have a late checkout--about 4 hours late. So helpful!
It was frustrating coming into the hotel because they had a young kid who was running the desk at the time and he couldn't figure out the credit card machine. He didn't speak any English ( which I understand a little Spanish but there wasn't anyone else there who we could talk to ). The pool wasn't very well-maintained.

The view from our room was stunning and the location was very convenient, close to popular attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available when we needed assistance. the pool area was a great feature and we enjoyed spending time there.
The property was quite outdated and some of the amenities were in poor condition, including the air conditioning and beds. The bugs were also a problem and there were no screens on the windows to prevent them from entering.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The hotel's location on the hill offered breathtaking views of the ocean and Manuel Antonio National Park. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a big pool and a cooking area. We loved that the hotel was within walking distance of many great restaurants. Also, we were able to walk to the most incredible beach called nature's beach which is pristine.
Nothing not to love.

The hotel has a great location next to a bus stop for those looking to explore Manuel Antonio or Quepos. Although difficult to find online, it provides a quiet atmosphere to unwind and escape the sound of a nearby hilltop restaurant.
The amenities and room conditions at the hotel leave much to be desired.
